  • All UK orders over £75 are sent FREE
    For orders under this, a small P&P of £4.75 will be applied.
  • Orders are sent using DPD Local so will arrive with you normally between 1-3 working days from the date the order was submitted (Monday-Friday excluding official public holidays). This may be a little longer during particularly busy periods.
  • All Orders are tracked and traced for your peace of mind.
Undelivered Items
  • If you have received a card, and have been unable to arrange redelivery/collection within 7 days, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will have this resent for you.
  • On very rare occasions, DPD items can get delayed. We cannot refund or resend DPD orders until 15 days have passed since the day of posting. Within this time frame however, if an order has been delayed, we recommend you contact your local sorting office as especially in summer and Christmas periods, deliveries can be attempted but no card left.
  • Any claim/enquiry regarding a lost parcel MUST be made within 30 days of the date of order. If more than 30 days have elapsed, we cannot refund or resend an order, as we ourselves cannot instigate an investigation with DPD or Parcelforce after this time.

Returns
  • Only products purchased from the enchantedbrave.co.uk website are eligible for refund or exchange. Items purchased elsewhere must be returned to their original place of purchase.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, written notice and proof of purchase must be provided, by email, and the goods returned, within 14 days of receipt.
  • We will only offer a refund or replacement provided the returned item(s) are unopened and in original saleable condition. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken.
  • If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. Please retain postal receipts until you are certain the parcel has been received by us. It may be required if the package isn’t received.
  • We aim to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and any sum debited to us shall be refunded through the method used for payment. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

  • Orders to all destinations outside of Europe are delivered in between 3 to 9 days.
  • Delivery charges can be seen in detail before you check out, since they depend on country and weight. Please note that these charges are exclusive of any customs duties payable in destinaction countries outside of Europe.
  • For customers outside of the EU, VAT will be deducted during checkout.
